Questioning all beliefs will help you to inner-stand how beliefs ripple inward creating waves of emotions and thoughts which may not empower you.
Be curious with the beliefs you choose to embrace. As it is with all things purged how you surrender plays an important role. As you surrender an old belief you begin feeling more of your true authentic self, awakening a release when you ask if a belief truly serves your heart.
On a journey of self discovery the unconditional love in your heart will guide you to a deep dance with your soul. Surrender to your soul for your soul knows truth, trust and faith will empower your heart, empowering you.
Self examination brings opportunities to curiously question everything. As questions arise whispers from soul and feelings from an intuitive heart inspire you to shift anything limiting out of the way. You nourish you while assessing the resonance and connection to a belief, or any thought, word or action, anything which limits your potential.
